摘要

背景：
爲了調查台灣醫師使用注射式玻尿酸進行醫學美容相關服務時的使用概況、非預期性反應的發生率與處理方式，台北榮民總醫院設計了一項問卷調查表，讓參加一場玻尿酸產品研討會的醫師填寫。
目的及目標：
透過調查的結果，醫師能夠知道目前在台灣地區使用玻尿酸於醫學美容方面的一般概況，與病患使用之後所發生非預期性反應的主要症狀。經由這些了解，醫師可以進行正確的鑑別診斷與治療。
材料及方法：
我們在玻尿酸研討會會場發出問卷，提出相關問題讓與會醫師填寫後回收，然後統計結果。並且參考相關專科醫師人數與廠商提供的產品銷售數字，推估各項非預期性反應的發生率。我們也回顧醫學文獻，整理相關問題的可能發生原因、鑑別診斷、如何預防發生與處理的方法。
結果：
根據回收問卷統計結果，我們得到了與會醫師使用玻尿酸相關產品的概況報告以及有關非預期反應的統計數字。接受玻尿酸注射之後所發生的非預期反應可以大致區分爲立即性反應與延遲性反應兩大項。立即性反應主要是一般的局部發炎反應，症狀較爲輕微。而延遲性反應較爲嚴重，需要醫師小心診斷之後決定治療方式。
結論：
在醫學美容方面，使用注射式玻尿酸需要在事先注意相關病史，在注射時小心局部的狀況，萬一發生非預期性反應時，需要根據症狀來進行正確的治療。

Background:
To understand the trend of using hyaluronic acid in medical aesthetics in Taiwan and the management of complications, a questionnaire designed by Taipei Veterans General Hospital was proposed to the physicians who participated in a Restylane (Q-Med AB, Uppsala, Sweden) master course to answer.
Aim and objectives:
From the results of our investigation, physicians may know the current status of using hyaluronic acid for aesthetic purposes and the main symptoms and signs of complications. In this way, physicians can make a good differential diagnosis and treatment.
Materials and methods:
The physicians who participated in the Restylane master course received a sheet of paper with the questions on it. We collected and analyzed the returned data, and postulated the complication rate of each adverse reaction considering the number of related specialists and the number of sold products. We also performed a literature review to know the causes, differential diagnosis, prevention and treatment of these reactions.
Results:
A report about the current status of using the related products of hyaluronic acid by the physicians who joined the course was created. The unexpected reactions noted in the patients can be classified into two main groups, the acute onset reactions and the delayed onset reactions. The former are often focal inflammatory reactions and might not be severe. While the latter are more severe, necessitating careful diagnoses and definite treatments.
