本研究係以咔唑法(carbazole method)測量5種含玻尿酸化妝品之濃度,咔唑法能定量玻尿酸中葡萄糖醛酸的濃度,並依此葡萄糖醛酸濃度來推測玻尿酸濃度。市售5種含玻尿酸化妝品之分析結果為玻尿酸含量2.27 μg/mL、85 μg/mL、207.76 μg/mL、286.6 μg/mL,只有一種化妝品沒有呈色反應。同時在市售國外及國內二瓶口服含玻尿酸飲料濃度分析結果為2819.4 μg/mL,1263.4 μg/mL。 果膠含有半乳糖醛酸,本研究發現咔唑法可以用來分析果膠成份,本研究取得一樣市售含果膠商品,並分析其果膠含量。本研究結果說明不法商人有可能以果膠冒充玻尿酸使用。
Carbazole method was employed to measure 5 cosmetics containing hyaluronic acid. Concentration of glucuronic acid in the hyaluronic acid can be measured by carbazole method. Among the 5 cosmetics, the content of hyaluronic acid are 2.27 μg/mL, 85 μg/mL, 207.76 μg/mL, 286.6 μg/mL, with one sample revealed no color reaction. We also analyzed two hyaluronic acid containing drinks, one from Japan and the other from domestic, the hyaluronic acid concentration is 2819.4 μg/mL and 1263.4 μg/mL respectively. Carbazole method can also be used to measure pectin which contains galacturonic acid. We purchased one commercial product and analyzed the pectin content. The results suggest that pectin may be used by producer to pretend hyaluronic acid.
