高中體育教師激勵策略之探討

The Discussion of Senior High School Physical Education Teachers on Motivation Strategies

摘要


體育教師在學校組織中除擔任體育教學外,多數仍兼任行政、舉辦體育活動與校隊教練之工作。學校領導者需對體育教師之需求有所瞭解,因為體育教師本身對工作的教學熱忱、服務精神、情意及價值導向,會間接牽動學生的學習,並且對整個學校發展目標的推動有深遠的影響力。本研究旨在探討高中體育教師的激勵策略,透過文獻分析,提出適合高中體育教師的激勵方式,並提出以下建議: (一)工作職務均分體育教師的行政工作,可藉由互相輪流接任的方式來進行。未接任行政職的教師,來負責運動代表隊之工作,工作的平均分配,才能真正減輕工作壓力,有效提昇工作效率。 (二)鼓勵教師進修,提高教學專業涵養為讓體育教師獲得教學之成就感及成長機會,教育主管機關及學校領導者應考慮教師需求,積極辦理多元管道之進修方式,協助教師專業進修並取得各項相關證照,以提高教師的教學成就感,增進自信心。 (三)提供獎勵,表揚優良教師獎勵可包含獎金、嘉獎記功及口頭上的讚賞,在考績制度方面,應建立合理的考評制度,強調績效與責任;且增加表揚優良教師的機會,讓老師們覺得受重視,願意為學校犠牲奉獻。

The study focuses on the effect of physical education teacher on motivation strategies. The physical education teachers not only occupy class teacher of physical education, but also responsible for administration works, athleticism and coaching. The school leaders have to understand physical education teacher's demand. Physical education teachers' teaching enthusiasm, serving attitude, sentiment and value direct influence the students learning. It also has deeply effect on school's development goal. The purpose of study is discussing the motivation strategies of senior high school teacher. According to literature review, the study offers the suitable modes andsuggestions of the motivation strategies: A. Fairly Share Jobs Physical Education teachers' administrative works can carry out by job shifting. Teachers can share and support jobs to each other. It can reduce teachers' work pressures and elevate working efficiency. B. Encouraging teachers to take further education courses: The physical education teachers acquire teaching accomplishment and growth. The Ministry of Education and school have to consider teacher demand, and offer multi-pursue further education to help teachers achieve professional licenses. It is aim for teachers' self-actualization and confidence. C. Offering rewards, and showing the respect of physical education teacher The rewards include bonus, merits, and so on. It also has to establish reasonable measurement system, and penetrate motivation strategies to show the respect of physical education teacher, and willing to work hard for the school.
