我的學校搬新家~一個幼稚園班級實施「搬家」主題課程之歷程

My School Moving~A kindergarten Class Put into Practice in the Programme of the Theme-based Curriculum

摘要


學校本位課程發展乃是因應學校需求或學生學習的特殊目標,從下而上發展的一種草根式課程模式。本研究旨在探究一個帅稚園班級因爲搬遷新校舍的事件,如何引發一個「搬家」主題課程歷程的發展,探討「搬家」主題課程實施歷程之發展脈絡,與「搬家」主題的特色,以及探討「搬家」主題課程之因素爲何。 爲達研究目的,本研究採質性研究中的個案研究,研究者做爲課程實踐者、詮釋者與省思者,以豐富的文件資料蒐集並輔以學校本位課程發展之文獻分析,來呈現「搬家」主題課程歷程之發展脈絡與「搬家」主題課程之特色,及其影響「搬家」主題課程發展之因素。 依據資料蒐集與統整,本研究歷程發展脈絡歸納出:醞釀期、萌芽期、發展期、成熟期、適應期、成果期等六階段。 並分析出「搬家」主題課程特色有:呈現「預測-探索-觀察-重製-表達呈現」之教學流程;增進帅兒合作學習的機會;搬家主題課程是經驗課程的展現;帅兒生命教育的體驗與實踐等四特色。 另研究結果亦發現:影響「搬家」主題課程發展因素有:家長的參與與回饋;學校行政團隊的支援;教師的自省與反思等三大因素。 最後本研究依據發現結果,提供給帅教工作者參考的結論與建議包括: 一、學校本位課程發展可做爲協助園所發展特色的策略之一;二、學校本位課程發展符合帅兒生活學習經驗需求,課程的彈性亦較大,在帅稚園階段可嘗試發展學校本位課程;三、學校本位課程發展是多重因素交互作用的複雜歷程,建議欲進行者可朝行政系統、家長系統、教師專業三方面預做規劃準備。

School-based Curriculum Development is created for schools needs, or the learning purposes of students. It is developed from a fundamental base to a more completed local curriculum model. This study aimed on a kindergarten class which incidents happened due to the school been moved to a new location and further discuss the subject-school moving-of developmental procedure, characteristics, and factors. For achieving the purpose of the study, by the mean of 「case study」, we collect and analysis information in this study. According to the analysis of datum, the study shows the developmental procedure has seven stages which are the stage of brewing, the stage of initiation, the stage of development, the stage of ripeness, the stage of adaption, and the stage of fruit. The characteristics of 「school moving」 are analyzed as follows: 1. It presents instructional procedure from prediction, exploration, observation, duplication, to presentation. 2. It is also a show case of experience curriculum. 3. It offers the opportunity to reinforcement and experience life education. Another finding the causes to promotes the curriculum are: 1.the participation and feedback of parents. 2. the helps from school administration. 3. the teacher's review. According to the study, we suggest the teachers in early childhood 1.School-based Curriculum Development can be a strategy of a characteristics school developing. 2. School-based Curriculum Development fit in kid's learning experience and is flexible for developing. 3. School-based Curriculum Developments is a multiple interaction developing process. It can be developed from administration system, parents system, and teaching profession three aspects and should be planed beforehand.
