摘要

遊客量之掌握有助於風景區研擬經營管理計畫，提供高品質遊憩體驗。遊客量推估方法，依據風景區之類型區分為：外島型、區域型多入口全區無記錄、區域型多入口至少一據點有記錄，日月潭國家風景區即屬後者，區內具有穩定可靠遊客人次記錄之據點包括：九族文化村、蛇窯、車埕車站，因此本研究乃透過遊客問卷調查配合三處遊客人數記錄進行全區遊客量推估，此外考量環潭地區舉辦日月潭嘉年華系列活動，以及春節期間的旅遊特殊性，另於水社以門柵計數調查進入環潭地區之遊客數量。遊客問卷調查方面，於各大遊憩系統選擇到訪率較高之據點進行一對一遊客問卷訪談，調查時間為94年4月至95年3月，抽樣調查日包含一般假日與非假日、節慶期間、春節期間。本研究以遊程分析與三據點之遊客人次資料記錄，建立一般日全區遊客量推估式，節慶與春節期間則以門柵計數調查結果加以校估求得，最後分別以三推估式估計各時期遊客量，求得日月潭國家風景區全區年遊客量為2,940,455人。

To provide high quality recreational environment, it is beneficial for manager to master the visitor numbers of scenic area. In terms of estimation method, scenic areas are divided into three types: island, regional area with several entrances but without any visitor numbers record, regional area with several entrances and has at least one visitor numbers record. The Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area is considered as the last type. Within the area, Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village, Snake Kiln and Che-Cheng train station all have stable and reliable visitor numbers record. The estimation method used is to figure out the relationship among those visitor numbers records and visitor's itinerary derived from visitor interview. During Carnival of Sun Moon Lake and Lunar New Year which with enormous recreation use, the cordon survey is conducted at Shueishe. In each recreation system, we choice popular spots to conduct person to person interview. Visitor survey is carried out during April 2005 to March 2006. Sampling days include holiday/non-holiday, festivals, and Lunar New Year's days. The ordinary visitor numbers estimation equation is derived from itinerary analysis and its relationship to three visitor number records. The festival and Lunar New Year's visitor numbers estimation equations are adjusted by the cordon survey results. Finally, the three equations are used to calculate the visitor numbers of each period. The total visitor numbers of Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area is 2,940,455.
