摘要


網際網路已成爲人們不可或缺的資訊管道與新生活工具,據Microsoft (2007)研究報告顯示,網際網路的發達已經改變旅遊產業的資訊傳遞管道,有超過81%的台灣區MSN/Windows Live受訪用戶表示,網際網路是他們目前最仰賴的旅行資訊來源,遠高於旅遊指南(59%)及親友推薦(56%),其他電視及報章媒體的影響力更是逐漸下滑。又根據觀光局「國人國內旅遊狀況調查」的統計顯示,有64%表示喜愛觀賞自然景觀、野外登山及健行等活動,全年前10大到訪據點中有8點爲國家公園或風景區/風景特定區,可見自然取向的旅遊方式在台灣的觀光市場上佔有十分重要的比例。 本研究以大學生爲對象,探討網際網路對大學生選擇生態旅遊行爲意向之影響,首先透過訪談,延伸Ajzen (1989)計畫行爲理論建構大學生的生態旅遊行爲模式,接續藉由問卷調查蒐集實證資料,以線性結構模式(Linear Structure Relation, LISREL)驗證研究假說,主要研究目的包括: 一、探討Ajzen (1989)所提的計畫行爲理論在生態旅遊行爲之適用性。 二、建構大學生生態旅遊行爲之行爲模式。 三、分析影響大學生生態旅遊行爲之關鍵因素及其相互關係,供生態旅遊業者參考,以提升生態旅遊產業的發展。 實證結果顯示,除了態度、主觀規範及知覺行爲控制這三項基本影響因素外,「便捷性季節活動」在大學生選擇生態旅遊活動也扮演重要角色。因此建議業者可以多透過各種資訊管道提供便利性服務及具有地方特色的活動資訊,以吸引遊客前來參與。其次,業者可以跟政府結合把一些生態旅遊區發展出來,在舉辦季節性活動或生態旅遊時,利用地方政府的網站或是其他資訊管道提供便利性服務及具有地方特色的活動資訊,或由地方政府提供免費的接駁交通車、推出一票玩到底之優惠方案或提供當地住宿、美食、特產等相關資訊,均有益於一方面增加當地觀光市場,另一方面發揚當地文化特色。

The Internet has become the people indispensable information pipeline and the new life tool. According to Microsoft (2007) memoir reveal, development of the Internet has changed the gain of information of travel, the recommend of the MSN/Windows Live users getting their travel information through the internet is over 81%, while through the tour guide (59%) and friend recommendation (56%), the influence of TV and papers has declined gradually. The analysis of the statistics of Taiwan Tourism Bureau about the 「domestic travel habit」 of Taiwan citizen revealed 64% of them loving Natural scenic areas 、mountain climbing and hiking. Among the ten best popular travel sites, eight of them are National park or Scenic area/Designated scenic area, so natural-oriented travel is very important in Taiwan tour. Based on the students of the university researching he influence of the internet to the students attitude toward the ecotourism tours, first of all through the interview, extending the Ajzen TPB to establish the behavior mode of students when choosing the ecotourism tours, collecting data by questionnaire, to demonstrate research hypothesis with LISREL, the research topics are: 一、Discussing applicability of TPB by Ajzen to the ecotourism tours behavior. 二、Establishing behavior mode of the ecotourism. 三、Analysing the key factors of student ecotourism and correlativity, as a reference for ecotourism dealer, to make a progress in ecotourism industry. The evidences show besides the Attitude (AT)、Subjective Norm (SN) and Perceived Belief Control (PBC) ,the Convenient Season Activity (CSA) also plays an important role. The dealer can offer more convenient services through nets and activities regional character. Sequent, dealer can develop some ecotourism area with government, through the regional government nets, or other way to offer convenient season and regional government free shuttle bus, offer one-ticket-for-all proposed or information of hotels and foods, all do some benefic to the tour market and show regional culture.
