生態旅遊園區遊客反應及看法之研究－以達娜伊谷生態園區為例

「達娜伊谷」，位於嘉義縣阿里山鄉山美村，屬於曾文溪上游一條支流，溪長18公里，海拔500公尺。絕美壯闊的達娜伊谷溪，蜿蜒於阿里鄉山美村，以險峻的巨石、瀑布與斷崖著稱，也因達娜伊谷溪中孕育著豐富的國寶級保育魚類－錮魚，而受到各界矚目。民國84年在當地鄒族原住民族人的共同努力下，成立了民間第一座的自然生態保育公園。生態旅遊一直以來都是觀光旅遊及環保學界所關心的議題，而也爲許多國家積極推展的觀光項目之一，台灣亦是如此。本研究以遊客對於達娜伊谷生態旅遊園區之反應與看法爲出發點，來探討遊客對達娜伊谷生態旅遊園區之軟、硬體設施及園區開發之正負面看法等四方面來作探討。以問卷調查的方式，利用敘述性統計分析遊客心目中對於園區最重視與最不重視之軟、硬體設施，以及調查遊客對於達娜伊谷生態旅遊園區開發之正、負面看法爲何，針對前往達娜伊谷生態園區遊玩的的旅客進行調查分析，其將結果提供給園區經營及管理方面之相關建議。

Magnificent as it is, Dannayiku meanders through Shanmei Village with the length of 18 kilometers and the altitude of 500 meters. Splendid Dannayiku meanders amid the village. The river is famous for the high steep rocks, waterfalls, cliffs, and also the protected Ku fish. Dannayiku Ecological Park was established by ”Tsou” in 1995. Ecological tourism, highly encouraged nowadays by governments around the world, has always been a major issue concerned by International Tourism Industry and Environmental Protection Parties. The research cited from the tourists' responses is about the issue of the soft or hard facilities and the positive or negative view points. , and then it becomes the major structure of a survay according to which the tourists' best and least favoured topics about Dannayiku Ecological Park can be analized with its descriptive statics. The finally results will be offered as suggestions to operate and manage the Ecological Park.
