摘要

本研究試圖建構育成中心如何藉策略聯盟取得外部知識，並將這些知識轉化成發展本身能力的理論模型，亦即探討哪些因素將影響育成中心在策咯聯盟過程中的知識取得？以及育成中心如何利用這些知識，將其處理，轉化成屬於育成中心本身擁有的獨特能力。因此，研究將聚焦於育成中心如何藉此取得知識與發展能力，而非探討策略聯盟的形成原因或是策略聯盟型態的決定因素。
根據Gulati (1998)對研發策略聯盟文獻的回顧，發現過去關於策略聯盟的研究大多聚焦於探討的問題，包括聯盟的動機？策略聯盟的型態？策略聯盟的管理與變革？然而，本研究則試圖探討的問題，強調育成中心如何藉由策略聯盟取得外部知識？以及在取得這些關鍵知識後，如何藉由內部學習機制，將這些知識轉化為具有價值且難以取代的核心能力。因此，就研究取向而言，研究適合利用組織學習與能力發展等理論觀點，探討育成中心策略聯盟知識取得與能力建構之問題。
據此，為求研究之嚴謹與周延，將以育成中心策略聯盟為研究取向，以整合性觀點分析育成中心如何藉策略聯盟進行組織學習。尤其是從組織間的互動、知識的取得、取得知識的特質，以及能力發展等動態觀點著手，發掘影響育成中心策略聯盟知識取得的可能因素？探索育成中心藉此可取得哪些的專業知識？以及這些知識如何影響育成中心研發能力的建構？因此，研究將以育成中心參與策略聯盟後之知識取得、知識處理、知識應用，以及其對育成中心能力建構的影響程度等，做為研究探討之重要假設變項，並驗證研究提出之理論模型。

This study attempts to construct of incubation centers how to obtain exterior knowledge by the strategic alliance, and transforms these knowledge develops the itself ability theoretical model, which factors will discuss to affect of incubation centers's knowledge acquisition in the strategy alliance process? As well as the incubation centers how to use these knowledge, its processing, transforms belongs the unique ability which the incubation centers itself has. Therefore, study will focus in the incubation centers how to take advantage of this obtains the knowledge and development ability, but non-discussion strategy alliance formation reason perhaps strategy alliance state determining factor.
According to Gulati(1998) to the review that the research and development strategic alliances's references, discovered in the past why question mostly focused about the strategy alliance research in discussing, including alliance motive? Strategy alliance state? The management and change of strategic alliance? However, study attempts to discuss this problem, emphasized the incubation centers how to obtain exterior knowledge by the strategic alliance? However, after obtaining these key knowledge, and analyze these knowledge how to affect the capability construction by way of internal learning mechanism? Therefore, on the research orientation, the research suits use theory viewpoints and so on organization study and ability development, discussing with the problem that incubation centers of strategic alliance's knowledge acquisition and capability construction.
According to the above, for strives for the research rigorously with the distribution, with the incubation centers of strategic alliance as the research orientation, the combining view analyse incubation centers how to carry on the organization to study by the strategy alliance. In particular from organization's interaction, knowledge acquisition, obtains the knowledge the special characteristic, as well as ability development and so on the dynamic viewpoint begins, it influences the possible factor that incubation centers of strategic alliance's knowledge acquisition. Which professional knowledge is explored and can obtain by the incubation centers? And these knowledge how to affect the incubation centers of research and development capability construction. Therefore, the research will with the incubation centers participate a strategic alliance behind its knowledge acquisition, knowledge processing, knowledge application, and it influence degree that incubation centers of capability construction, etc. It will do the Importance assumption variable for the research discussion, and the research will verify the hypotheses and construct a theoretical model.
