社區運動指導員工作內容及能力需求探討

摘要


本研究旨在探討社區運動指導員的工作內容及能力需求情形,並比較不同運動項目的社區運動指導員在這兩方面的差異情形。爲達研究目的,本研究透過訪談了去與三位社區運動指導員進行訪談,將所獲得的訪談錄音資料轉賸爲文字稿後行分類及編碼,最後經由受訪者複檢,針對非受訪者涼奮部分加以修正。結果如下: 一、工作內容包含了專項運動教學指導、課程規劃、運動社群經營、自我進修、表演活動安排、學員交通接送。 二、能力需求包含了運動知能、專項運動鑑定能力、溝通能力、同理心、服務熱忱以及公開演說能力。 三、三位同時提到的工作內容有專項運動教學指導、課程規劃以及運動社群經營等三項;部分提及的工作內容有自我進修、表演活動安排及交通接送工作。 四、三位同時提及能力需求有運動知能、專項運動能力鑑定、溝通能力、同理心、部分提及的能力需求有服務熱忱及公開演說能力。

This research aims to discuss the current situations of job contents and competence demands of community exercise instructors. The researcher compares and contrasts these two aspects of community exercise instructors in terms of different types of exercise. Interviews were the major research method. Three community exercise instructors were interviewed. Records of interviews were transcribed classified, and decoded. The transcripts were examined and modi1i.d by the interviewers. The research has the following findings. First of all, the ob contents of community exercise instructors include instruction and guidance of specific exercise, curriculum planning, community exercise group management self-study, performance activity arrangement and traffic arrangement of members. Secondly, the competence demands include exercise expertise, evaluation of specific exercise, communication competence, empathy, service passion and public speaking skills. Thirdly three types of job contents were mentioned including instruction and guidance of specific exercise, curriculum planning and community exercise group management. Self-study, performance activity arrangement and traffic arrangement of members, were mentioned by partial interviewers. Forth, in terms of competence demands, exercise expertise, evaluation of specific exercise, communication competence, and empathy were all quoted by these three interviewers. Service passion and public speaking skills were mentioned by partial interviewers.
