台北市高中生休閒運動參與現況與動機因素之研究

The Study of Status Quo and Motivations for the Taipei High School Students' Participating in Recreational Sports

摘要


本研究之目的爲:1.了解台北市高中學生實際從事休閒運動(排除學校體育運動課程)的現況,與探討不同社經背景之高中生參與休閒運動有顯著差異存在;2.瞭解台北市高中學生對於休閒運動之參與動機,與探討不同社經背景之高中生參與休閒運動時其動機因素有顯著差異存在;3.探討台北市高中生休閒運動參與情形與動機因素有相關存在。 本研究採問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,以台北市公私立高中九十五學年度第二學期已注冊且爲日間部的學生爲研究母體,利用隨機叢集抽樣的方式,從50所公私高中抽出24所學校,得有效問卷2,853份,回收率爲91.21%。針對有效樣本則分別以敘述性統計、卡方分析、獨立樣本t檢定以及單因子變異數等統計方法來進行資料分析,主要發現之結果如下: 一、台北市高中學生休閒運動的參與仍有待加強與提升。不同社經背景(性別、年級、平時效能工具、可自由支配之零用金)之高中生在各種不同之休閒運動參與現況上,是有顯著差異的情形存在。 二、不同社經背景(性別、年齡、年級、可自由支配之零用金方面)之高中生在參與休閒運動這動機因素,是有顯著差異存在。 三、高中生休閒運動參與情形(參與次數、時間、同伴人數與地點)與動機因素是有相關性存在。

The main purposes of this study are to understand the relationship between the participation and motivations for involving in recreational sports, and investigate how the socio-economic characteristics influence their behaviors in taking recreation sports. Questionnaires survey was the way for material gathering of this rose research. The study population is the students who enrolled in Taipei high school students in 2007. The samples were chosen according to the cluster sampling, 24 schools picked from 50 senior high schools with the return of 2,853 valid quest1onnares. Those valid questionnaires were analyzed in the statistical methods, description statistics, Chi-square test, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The conclusions were summarized as follows. 1. High school students need to strengthen and increase the participating rate in recreational sports. Moreover, high school students with different socio-economic characteristics such as sex, education levels, transportation and allowance have significant differences in participation rate of recreational sport. 2. High school students with different socio-economic background in sex, age, education levels and allowance have significant differences in the motivation of taking recreational sports. 3. The participation motivation of senior high school students in Taipei in times, time companion's type, companion's number and place to participate recreational sports has significant difference in participation state of recreational sports.
