摘 要 本研究旨在探討休閒動機與休閒生活型態對自覺健康的關係。研究方法採用問卷調查法,研究工具為「休閒動機量表」、「休閒生活型態量表」與「SF-36量表」。本研究以台南縣公立國中教師作為研究對象,共發出600份問卷,回收有效問卷578份,有效回收率96%。依據研究目的及驗證假設之需,分別採用描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析(one way ANOVA)、雪費爾法(Scheffe''''s)事後比較及結構方程模式等統計方法驗證假設。歸納研究結果,獲得以下結論: 1、國中教師的休閒動機、休閒生活型態與健康在(性別、年齡、服務年資、職務、婚姻狀況、子女狀況、個人月收入)上有顯著差異。 2、休閒動機與休閒生活型態具有顯著相關;休閒生活型態與自覺健康亦具有顯著相關。 3、經結構方程模式分析發現:休閒動機會透過休閒生活型態使健康獲得提昇;休閒動機不會直接對健康產生影響。 冀望本研究可針對教師本身、學校單位及未來研究等方面,提出具體建議,並提供政府相關單位對教師身心健康的重視與教師本身對自我健康狀況之覺察。 【關鍵字】休閒動機、休閒生活型態、自覺健康
Abstract The purpose of this study aimed to investigate the relationships among leisure motivation, leisure lifestyle and self-reported health on public junior high school teachers in Tainan County. Questionnaire survey was adopted as the major research methodology in this study. The instruments included Leisure Motivation Scale, Leisure Lifestyle Scale, and SF-36 health questionnaire. Participants for this study were junior high school teachers in Tainan County. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, and 578 questionnaires were returned (96% recruit rate). The data was analyzed through descriptive analysis, independent T-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe post-hoc comparison, and structural equation model. The results are as follows: 1. The significant differences found among leisure motivation, leisure lifestyle and self-reported health of middle school teachers were related to gender, age, years of teaching experience, position, marital status, and personal income (per month). 2. The significant association existed between leisure motivation and leisure lifestyle; likewise, leisure lifestyle was significantly associated with self-reported health. 3. By means of structural equation model, leisure motivation was significantly associated with self-reported health through leisure lifestyle. Without leisure lifestyle, however, a non-significant association was found between leisure motivation and self-reported health. This study is expected to offer constructive suggestions to teachers, schools and future researches. Also, it is hoped to raise public concerns about teachers’ health and enable teachers themselves to have more awareness of self- reported health.
