摘要


本論文設計與提出-Web2.0為互動基礎之病患監控服務平台(Web2.0-based Patient-care Surveillance Service Platform, IVPSSP),輔助醫生或監護人員進行病患之遠端監護觀察患者。本系統為三階式(3-tier)架構,分別為使用者端(Clients)、互動多媒體服務平台(Interactive Multimedia Service Platform)以及醫療安護資料庫(Medical Treatment and Shelter Database)三部份所組成。WPSSP提供管理者一個互動式介面進行監控病患,並將相關訊息與即時監測影像利用些播(Somecast)功能發佈給相關人員以及網頁上,使用者只需要透過手持設備或電腦即可隨時獲得最新的監控資訊,輔助管理者掌握病患狀態與最新訊息,如此監護人員可給予病患最即時之協助且降低人力看護成本。此外,本系統除利用些播提供快速之即時互動功能外,亦符合HL7之規範,可以將相關的資訊提供給醫院或醫護單位做一參考。

This study designs and proposes a Web2.0-based Patient-care Surveillance Service Platform (WPSSP), which assists doctors or nurses to monitor patient's behaviors over surveillance services. WPSSP is a 3-tier architecture that is composed of clients, the Interactive Multimedia Service Platform, and the Medical Treatment and Shelter Database. Users can interact with WPSSP using handheld devices or PCs, and get latest or related surveillance information over somecast services. All of the messages of the proposed system are based on the HL 7 protocol. It can quickly support medical treatment and is compatible for all related informatics systems.
