摘要

本研究之目的在於將RFID技術導入於手工具業之倉庫存貨管理中，並進行流程分析與績效評估。研究中將個案公司倉儲和生產線兩大部門之流程標準作業時間現況，與導入RFID系統後之預期時間進行分析比較，經研究計算後，整個流程將可節省約40%的移轉時間，透過系統的導入可以省去各部門間人工移轉時，操作電腦造成的失誤，並可以讓生管人員透過電腦隨時掌握庫存的數量，讓整個進出貨數量更加的準確，有效的增加公司整體的效率績效。

The purpose of this research is to apply RFID technology to inventory management for handtools company, and proceed to process analysis and evaluate the performance evaluation. In this research, the processing time of standard of procedure of warehouse and production department is evaluated and compare to the new one generated by introducing RFID technology to the procedures. The research results showed that there was a 40-percent manpower off after the RFID technology was introduced in the case company; and that the RFID system effectively reduced the error rate from human's negligence, accurated the quantity of inventory and moved up the whole working perofrmance.
