台灣製造服務化商業策略實例探討與應用

Case Study: The Business Strategies Application of "Servitization in Manufacturing" in Taiwan

摘要


本研究延續國內資策會「製造服務化」研究議題,探討國內兩家知名企業業者在未來製造服務化發展模式的方向與可行性,研究主要透過訪談企業高階主管與相關部門主管,共同針對其策略走向與現行營運模式進行討論,藉由訪談內容應用Alexander Osterwalder的商業模型元素分析與Reiskin et al的夥伴關係分析模式,探討個案中製造業者如何由原本製造的利基點模式轉型爲未來「製造服務化」營運模式。最終,希望透過此兩家企業在商業模式上的策略轉型個案探討,提供國內其它有意轉型或發展長期製造服務化策略之製造業者,做爲未來企業內部在轉型上的分析參考,使國內業者能跳脫從過去單純的製造與代工模式,循序依企業核心能力展開其長期策略方向,進而累積企業內部資源與知識,發展出新的服務化模式或衍生出新的服務事業。

Continuation of the domestic IIT ”Servitization in Manufacturing” research topics, this study discuss two Taiwan well-known enterprises business by interviewing with high-level executives and relevant department and using Alexander Osterwalder's Business Model Templeate and Reiskin et al analysis of The Partnership Model to explore future possible ”Servitization in Manufacturing” model from the original point of manufacture to high value added to their customers. Hopfully, this study discussion can provide other enterprises internal restructuring or other interested in developing long-term strategy for ”Servitization in Manufacturing” model, as the reference to help domestic industry gradually escape from the simple manufacturing to ”Servitization in Manufacturing” model with long-term strategic plan and direction. Thereby accumulate internal resources and knowledge to develop a new service-oriented model or derived from a new service business.
