老人輔具創新設計之研究-以日常生活用品為例

Research on innovative design of elderly assistive devices - taking daily necessities as an example

摘要


隨著世界人口老化情形日漸嚴重,各國對於人口老化的問題越來越重視。在台灣,政府針對人口老化情形提出了政策,藉由補助老人輔助器具,來照顧老年,減少額外照護的需求,達到『在宅老化』的目的。本研究在於建立一套老人生活輔具的設計準則,以縮短老人生活輔具設計的時程、提高產品的創新性。本研究分為商品設計歸納、專利技術歸納與重新設計驗證三個階段。商品設計歸納階段:分析老人生活輔具,並歸納出老人生活輔具的功能、設計特徵,以及所對應的TRIZ/發明原理,並利用品質機能展開(QFD)表歸納出商品設計準則。專利技術歸納階段:針對常用老人生活輔具的功能,進行專利檢索與分析,並將所歸納的技術轉換成對應的發明原理,並將其併入商品設計準則中。重新設計驗證階段:應用所歸納的老人生活輔具設計準則,藉由設計案例,驗證所歸納的設計準則是否有助於提供老人輔具設計創新概念,達到縮短設計時程的效果。

With the ageing of the world's population becoming increasingly serious, countries are paying more concerning about the problem of population ageing. In Taiwan, the government has put forward a policy on the issues of population ageing by subsidizing elderly assistive devices to care for the elderly and reducing the need for additional care to achieve the purpose of "aging in homes". This research is to set up a set of design principles of assistive devices for the elderly, so as to shorten the time of design and improve the innovation of the elderly used assistive devices. This study includes three stages- commodity design induction, patent technology induction and redesign verification. Product Design Induction Stage: Analyze the elderly articles and sum up the functions and design features, and the corresponding TRIZ/inventive principles; and use table of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to summarize the design criteria for the elderly. Patent Technology Induction Stage: carry on patent search and analysis based on the functions of the old persons' assistive devices, and transform the inductive technologies into the corresponding TRIZ/inventive principles, and merge them into the former design criteria for the elderly. Re-design Verification stage: redesign some assistive device referenced to the design criteria, and verify whether it helps provide innovative ideas for assistive device design and shortens time-to-design for the elderly?
