電腦數值控制鉋花機失效模式關鍵影響因素之研究

A Study on Affecting Key Factors of Computer Numerical Control Planer Using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis

摘要


機械產業為避免製造程序失效,再投入改善措施的需要成本和時間,如何有效的解決失效方案,選擇最佳化的改善措施,以有效的提升製程良率。本研究探討CNC電腦鉋花機失效模式因素,以系統思維建立失效項目,分析製造系統失效項目及評估所導致的故障問題,並提供經濟的改善方案。研究過程中,將邀請八位資深年資的木工製造產業專家進行問卷訪談,透過訪談與相關文獻研究探討CNC電腦鉋花機失效模式因素,建立研究模型架構,並運用模糊德爾菲法(Fuzzy Delphi Method,FDM)客觀地篩選出關鍵構面與指標因素。再者,本研究以失效模式與效應分析法探討CNC電腦鉋花機組裝流程的潛在失效模式,並提出對應之改善措施,以降低CNC電腦鉋花機發生的故障風險。在研究中,首先分析CNC電腦鉋花機組裝的流程,並探討各個流程可能發生的失效(故障)與原因,分析結果發現在電腦組裝過程中,存在36個潛在失效問題,利用FMEA分析各個失效模式與效應,並得到其風險優先數。最後本研究提出降低失效風險的改善對策與建議,依據風險優先數與相關的對策,採取適當的措施,以降低組裝流程的失效風險,進而達到提高CNC電腦鉋花機的可靠度。

In order to prevent the failure of manufacturing procedures, the mechanical industry needs to invest in the cost and time of improvement measures. How to effectively solve the failure scheme and select optimized improvement measures, the method has to improve the process effectively. This study explores the failure mode factors of computer numerical control planer to establish the failure items by system thinking, analyze the failure problems caused by the failure of the manufacturing system and the evaluation solutions. During the research, we will invite eight senior woodworking industry experts to investigate questionnaire interviews, explore the failure mode factors of CNC planer through interviews and review the related literature. The proposed method will establish research model structure and use Fuzzy Delphi Method to objectively select the key factors and indicators. Furthermore, this study explores the potential failure modes of the CNC computer by using failure mode and effect analysis method. Moreover, we will propose the corresponding improvement solutions to reduce the risk of failure for CNC planer machine. In the research, the method firstly analyzes the assembly process of CNC planer and explores the possible failures of causes in each procedure. From the results of the analysis, it shows that there are 36 potential failure problems in the computer assembly process. Similarly, we also analyze each failure mode by FMEA and obtain the risk priority number. Finally, this study proposes improvement strategies and recommendations to reduce the risk of failure, and takes appropriate measures based on the risk priority number and related schemes. Consequently, the proposed method can reduce the failure risk of the assembly process and promote the reliability of CNC planer.
