資產設備管理與報修系統開發－以某精密機械公司為例

在調查某精密機械公司在資產設備管理與報修上的缺失後，本研究結合物件導向系統分析與Laravel框架，開發一套資產設備管理與線上報修系統，可簡易管理資產資料、產生含QR code的資產標籤；報修申請人員可以手機掃描QR code快速調出資產設備，方便報修申請；可即時通知申請人員、處理人員、會計人員維修訊息，提升資產設備在維修作業上的行政效率；可提供維修歷史紀錄，協助日後稽查與維修決策參考。個案企業可以本系統簡易地建立資產設備管理基礎，而本研究所建立的資產設備管理與報修系統，是依據個案企業實際上的缺失所建置，具實務參考價值，但資產設備管理功能不完整且未考慮會計準則，是未來研究努力的目標。

After investigating the shortages occurred on the fixed asset management and repair applications of a precision company, a fixed asset management system and its online repair application is developed by the object oriented system analysis and is designed based on the Laravel framework in this study. The system manages the fixed assets easily and generates asset labels with QR codes. Any employee can use his/her smart phone to scan the QR code of an asset with malfunction; the data of the asset can be displayed at once. The applicant can describe the problem of the disordered asset to finish his/her application conveniently. Messages will be generated and sent automatically to the corresponding employee(s) during the different repairing stages of the asset. This fastens the process of the repair. The system also provides historic maintain records to help to decide how to repair. Those records also help accountant’s auditing job. The system can be a foundation of the company to build their fixed asset management. The system based on the true situation of a company might have its value in practice. The future study needs to improve the system, because the system does not have complete functions on asset management and does not consider accounting standards.
