中小企業接班人應用知識及組織變革管理對營運績效的影響

The Effect of Knowledge Management and Organizational Reform on Operational Performance for Small and Medium-Sized Business

摘要


台灣傳統加工業多為基礎工業或民生必需品相關產業,為台灣經濟發展之基石。近十年來因生產成本不斷上升,技術研發缺乏創新,及發展策略定位不明確等因素,對於產業能否獲利成長永續經營,為未來企業接班人之重要課題。本研究以中部地區金屬製品加工產業為對象,運用質性研究觀察法配合半結構式訪談進行研究,探討個案公司第二代接班人為解決公司現況發展中生產及品質管理面「市場行銷面、採購策略面、技術研發面、人力資源面所面臨的問題,分析在導入知識管理與組織變革後,對組織帶來的工作效率與經營績效的影響。研究發現,傳統產業接班人為求公司永續經營,導入系統管理,進行組織內部的變革改善,透過知識管理的激勵機制,為公司建立起有效的知識平台,組織內部透過知識移轉,讓企業的無形資產得以保存,公司績效得以正向成長。

In Taiwan, traditional manufactures are mostly the basic industries or consumer product related ones. They are the bases of economic development in Taiwan. In recent decade, since cost of production rises continuously, it lacks innovation in technical R&D, position of development strategy is uncertain, growth of profits and sustainable operation of industries will become critical issue for future successors of enterprises. This study treats manufacturing industry of metal products in central Taiwan as subject. Case study by observation and expert semi-structural interview is conducted. This study probes into current problems encountered by the second generation of successor in case company to solve the issues on numerous perspectives, such as production and quality management, marketing, purchase strategy, technical R&D, and human resources. It analyzes the effect of introduction of knowledge management and organizational reform on internal work efficiency and operational performance of the company. This study reveals that successors of traditional industry apt to introduce system management and practice organizational reform for the concern of sustainable operation. By stimulation of knowledge management, effective knowledge platform of the company is established. In addition, by knowledge transfer in the organization, intangible assets of the enterprise are reserved and it results in positive growth of cooperative performance.
