國軍將官晉升因素之探討

A Research of Promotion Factors for High-Ranking Military Officers

摘要


在組織精簡的環境下,將官員額已大幅精簡,如何在僧多粥少的情況獲得晉升,將是各階層將官所需面臨的問題。研究的目在探討晉升年資、單位類型與親信關係對晉升結果之影響。以國軍將官為研究對象,透過卡方獨立性檢定並輔以關聯性分析,檢測各項變項對晉升結果是否具有顯著相關性,最後以羅吉斯全迴歸模型及向後逐步迴歸分析模型進行探討,結果發現晉升年資對於少將及中將階層爾後的晉升具有顯著影響;單位類型對於少將階層爾後的晉升未具顯著影響,而中將階層對於爾後的晉升則具有顯著影響;親信關係對於少將及中將階層爾後的晉升並無顯著影響。
