結合知識本體與模糊理論技術推論國軍裝備汰除時機之研究-以軍用民車為例

The Study for the Timing of Discarding Ilitary Equipment Based on Ontology and Fuzzy Inference-A Case of Military Vehicle

摘要


對於一般企業而言,產品汰除時機問題為產品生命週期管理(Product Lifecycle Management, PLM)中的最後一個階段,需要一套精確的方法或系統輔助決策者進行決策,以減少判斷錯誤所產生的額外成本。而對於國軍裝備而言,裝備的汰除時機判定更是影響甚鉅,誤判汰除時機不僅使得國軍人力及維修成本上的增加,延宕新裝備的購置期程,更可能導致作戰任務無法遂行,嚴重影響國家安全。而目前我國國軍僅由裝備管理人員以人力進行判斷,缺乏精確分析裝備目前使用情況與汰除時機的機制,本研究結合知識本體與模糊理論技術,配合裝備評估標準,推論出裝備適合之汰除時機,希望藉由此機制,協助裝備負責人及決策者判定裝備汰除之最適時機,俾利國軍提升裝備壽期管理之效能,減少國軍人力及財務的負擔。

For general corporate purposes, to decide the timing of discarding product is the final stage that needs a precise method or system supporting to reduce errors in order for cutting cost. The judge of discarding the equipment is greatly influenced for the military equipment. It not only increases the military manpower and maintenance cost if Decision-makers misjudge the timing. The study of the timing of discarding the equipment combines ontology with fuzzy theory technology in order for inferring the suitable timing. The mechanism can support equipment, equipment operators and decision makers to determine the optimal time for discarding. The final inference could help military increase efficiency, reduce military manpower and financial burden.
