本研究以離島地區某陸軍勤務部隊排級副主官之領導統御為主要研究構面,並以深度訪談法為研究分析方法,選用四位排級副主官為主要訪談對象,在經過談訪過程後,將訪談資料進行逐步整理,針對各訪談問項分析說明。 研究結果顯示,排級副主官是負責單位任務執行、人員管理及專業訓練等事務的重要職務,對於上級所交付任務順利完成,維持工作效率及戰備所需中一項重要且具有影響力的角色,肩負著士官(兵)與軍官幹部間的溝通橋樑,其領導統御方式及風格會直接影響到人員的工作效率及任務執行的良窳。 本研究構面為領導統御,區分任務導向及人員導向等兩種面向分析,期望研究成果,能夠對於國軍排級副主官的領導統御相關事項有所助益及提供未來研究學者參考運用。
This research mainly focuses on the military leadership of the deputy platoon leader of certain service unit of army in offshore islands.The In-depth interview method as the analysis method, and select four deputy platoon leaders as the interview objects. After the interview process, the interview data will be sorted out step by step, and each item will be analyzed. The results show that the deputy platoon leader is an important position for task execution, personnel management and professional training. It is an important and influential role for the completion of tasks assigned by superiors, maintaining work efficiency and combat readiness. Moreover, it has a communication bridge between non-commissioned officers (soldiers) and military officers, and its leadership style will directly affect the work efficiency of personnel and the implementation of tasks. The research dimension is military leadership,which distinguishes between task orientation and employee orientation.It is hoped that the results can be helpful for military leadership of the deputy platoon leader and provide reference for future scholars.
