技擊運動氣壓式打擊力量感測器之研製

A Study on the Development of a Pneumatic Breaking Strength Sensor for Martial Art

摘要


本研究旨在研發製作安全並立即顯示數據之氣壓式(可攜式)打擊力量感測器,提供給技擊類運動項目作爲打擊功力訓練或跆拳道晉級(段)測驗使用參考。運用氣壓缸之原理製作之打擊平台,可瞬間承受、吸收、釋放打擊力量,由壓力感知器轉換至顯示器,顯示其打擊力量。本研究製作氣壓式力量感測器,其元件爲德國原裝進口,多次與機械工程學者專家討論設計製作原理,製作過程經歷多次修改與檢討,完成製作後先請跆拳道學員進行打擊測試,再做擺鎚撞擊實驗,90°、75°、60°、45°等四種角度各撞擊30次,實驗結果經描述性統計平均值、標準差分析後顯示具相當高之穩定度,本研究製作氣壓式力量感測器具有很高的商品價值,值得開發製作。

The study is a research on the development of a pneumatic breaking strength sensor that is a safe device and can show data immediately. We hope to provide this sensor as a reference resource for practice and promotion of Taekwondo testing. The research applies an axiom of pneumatic cylinder to produce a breaking strength sensor, which can bear, absorb, and release the strength. At the beginning it is a baroreceptor, and then be transferred to a monitor. The important element of sensor, pneumatic cylinder, imported from Germany. We are in many discussions with mechanical experts. The sensor has been tested at Taekwondo centers in Taichung City. Using four angels of 90 degrees, 75 degrees, 60 degrees, and 45 degrees hit 30 times respectively to do a pendulum impact experiment. The researchers conduct descriptive statistics to gain mean scores and standard deviations in order to analyze the experimental results. It shows sensor is on a steady condition. We should like to commend that this pneumatic breaking strength sensor is of great worth on development.
