淺談高齡者-以針灸、按摩跟運動來治療失眠之成效

摘要


許多人都以為老年人需要的睡眠比較少,這是錯誤的觀念,應該說他們的睡眠「能力」往往隨著年齡的增長而退化。老年人常會在白天想睡覺,這說明了他們的夜間睡眠是不夠或不好的。「運動可以治療失眠」、「運動能增進睡眠的品質」,平日多做運動可幫老年人更易入睡。另一方面,運動鍛鍊還可以直接對失眠的一些病因進行治療,配合中醫針灸、推拿的處置對高齡者睡眠障礙的改善有著更顯著之效果。
