摘要

隨著科技工具發展的日新月異，應用科技工具融入教學的方法，亦產生了鉅大的變化。教育部2008年公佈的「資訊教育白皮書」，也明白揭示國民中小學「資訊基礎建設」的構面，當中詳述了各種方案與策略，提供地方政府規畫參考。然而，卻未針對資訊環境設備進行規範，這和2001年「資訊教育總藍圖」的做法大異其趣，值得我們加以探討。 在科技發展的歷程中，「適當科技」、「科技選用」議題一直受到大家的重視與討論。我們希望藉由文獻的分析與探討，重新思考國民中小學在使用教育科技，協助教師教學發展時，所應關注的核心問題。 作者以高雄縣2007年「e化學習環境示範點建置學校」為例，進行資料分析、討論，將顯示的結果與相關理論做比較分析，歸納出一些方向與做法，期盼提供給地方縣市政府、國民中小學規畫推動者，一個參考方向。

With the rapid development of IT tools, application of technology tools into the teaching methods, has also seen drastic changes. Ministry of Education published in 2008, ”Education White Paper” We also understand that the national primary and secondary schools revealed ”information infrastructure” of the dimensions, of which details the various options and strategies for the provision of local government planning reference. However, there is no environment for IT equipment specification, which in 2001 ”Master Plan for IT in education” is a great difference, we should explore.
In science and technology course of the development of ”appropriate technology”, ”technology choice” and that has always been everyone's attention and discussion. We hope that through the analysis and discussion of literature, to rethink the national primary and secondary education in the use of science and technology, to assist teachers in teaching development, which should be the core issue of concern.
