國境之北：西漢雲中郡的政區變遷蠡測

Beyond North Borders: Territory Variations of YunZhong Commander during Western Han Dynasty

摘要

自2001年《二年律令•秩律》釋讀公開以來，為西漢帝國與匈奴疆界消長、北方邊郡政界釐訂，提供了《漢書》以郡級單位為敘述主體所進行損益更動之外的思考空間。本文先歸納周振鶴、晏昌貴、辛德勇等學者的觀點異同，次由《二年律令•秩律》的縣邑分布體現漢初北疆局勢，接著整理雲中郡及毗鄰的五原、定襄和上郡的沿革，最後合成雲中郡的可能政區變遷過程，藉此補益高帝末年漢匈北疆國界，以及雲中郡跟五原郡的政區變化概要。

The publication of ＜||＞Two Year Laws of Zhangjianshan Bamboo Slips＜||＞ in 2001 corrected scholar's speculation about the borders between Western Han and Xiongnu, and inspired thinking beyond the narration of ＜||＞History of Han Dynasty＜||＞.
The paper will first, summarize the similarities and differences in the perspectives of scholars including Zhou ZhenHem, Yan ChangGuei, Xin DeYong, and so forth, secondly, utilize ＜||＞the law of order＜||＞ from Two Year Laws to reconfirm the borders of states and commanders and, third, collate the changes of YunZhong Commander and aside WuYuan Commander, DingXiang Commander, and Shang Commander over the 214 years of Western Han Dynasty, and at last integrate into the variations of YunZhong Commander.
