鋼琴彈奏之常見上肢運動傷害

The Pianists' Common Sport Injuries in Upper Extremities

摘要


鋼琴家為追求美妙的音符、動人的樂章,經常花長時間在做指法技巧的練習,而忽略大量練習造成的慢性職業傷害。綜觀探討相關鋼琴彈奏傷害文獻,大都以問卷方式找出傷害部位,僅以「正確姿勢」可避免傷害一詞輕描淡寫,但何謂「正確姿勢」?大量練習會造成哪些傷害?本篇透過鋼琴彈奏力學模式圓的分析,以肩、肘、腕關節及手型四大部份,探討上肢正確彈奏的動作,並詳細分析每一種鋼琴彈奏可能造成的傷害以及形成原因,減低因不當姿勢所造成之運動傷害,以提供給彈鋼琴初學者及教師教學上的參考。

The pianists usually spend much time for practicing the fingering skills as the purpose for wonderful music, but did ignore the occupation incident injury from lots of practice. To concern all researches of musician's injuries, most are to find out hurt part by survey. There is only few touch on ”correct posture” to avoid, however what is ”correct posture”? What kind of hurt will cause through lots of practice? This chapter will describes these issues: shoulder, elbow, wrist joints, and hand gestures four parts, and also did survey about the correct playing posture in upper extremities, and also analyzes every kind of Musician's injuries and reasons caused by playing piano. Through this study, the author hopes to reduce musician's injuries, and also provide the reference for piano begining players and piano teachers.
