本研究旨在從鋼琴彈奏的技術層面,探討『如何落實放鬆』,以預防鋼琴彈奏者發生職業傷害。 在各類樂器演奏者中,鋼琴彈奏者發生職業傷害的比例是相當高的。然而受限於養成訓練和背景知識的差異,多數鋼琴彈奏者對於自身生理結構、受傷始末與因應之道只有零碎的認識。因此本研究首先以解剖生理為基礎,分析『與彈奏相關的肌肉骨骼系統』的傷害情形,建立常見之彈奏傷害類型的生理、病理與症狀概觀;再從彈奏者的觀點,將隱藏於傷害表象背後、心理和生理上的不良因子分析出來;最後以『放鬆』為主軸,探討預防彈奏傷害的觀念與方法。 『放鬆』是預防彈奏傷害的根本之道。心理、生理的放鬆,不但關係著彈奏傷害的發生與否,也影響著音樂性的表達:放鬆、音樂性與健康彈奏間,有著相輔相成的良性循環;反之,緊張、缺乏音樂性與彈奏傷害間,則有著互為因果的惡性循環。謙抑的信念和舒緩的情緒可以形成自在、放鬆的心理狀態;正確的生理知識、良好的彈奏技巧、以及健康的習慣,有助於形成放鬆的彈奏狀態,使彈奏者免於彈奏傷害的困擾。
This study want to discuss “putting relaxation into practice in the playing techniques” and look for the prevention of the occupational injuries of the pianists. The rates which the pianists get hurt are higher among the players of all the instruments. However most pianists can not have overall knowledge about the physical structure of human, the process of getting hurt ,and the way to recover. For this reason, this study analyzed playing-related musculoskeletal disorders first Then we try to find the bad psychal and physical factors. According to the concept of relaxation, we discuss the method of the prevention finally. Both psychal and physical relaxation are important to protect the pianists from the injuries. They not only involve whether the injuries do or do not happen,. but also affect musical express. There is a good circle among the relaxation, musicality and well-playing. On the contrary, there is a bad circle among the tenseness, lacking of musicality and playing-related musculoskeletal disorders. Humbleness and calmness contribute to free and easy mentality. To acquire proper physical knowledge, to develop correct playing techniques and to build healthy habits are all helpful to get comfortable status when playing. They make the pianists to get away with the occupational injuries.
