本研究主旨在探討大專校院導師工作狀況,採自編的「大專校院導師工作問卷調查問題」為研究工具,以明新科大教師為對象,蒐集有效樣本150人。所得資料以統計次數分配、百分比、t檢定、F檢定分析處理,獲得結果與發現如下: 明新科技大學導師工作在輔導知能表現方面,男性教師略優於女性教師,擁有高學歷教師在與學生溝通次數及團體活動表現較佳,職等低、資淺教師表現較好。比較其他研究,發現制度對導師工作有關。由研究顯示,學校應加強導師輔導知能研習,強化導師輔導能力,另應如何提高職等高、資深教師投入導師工作,是值得學校深思的問題。
The study aimed at investigating the current situations of tutor's task in Minghsin University of Science and Technology. A self-designed questionnaire was used as the research tool to elicit the opinions from 150 tutors' executives. The data were analyzed by methods such as frequency, percentage, and t-test. The findings of the study were as follows: In the capability of counselling, male tutor's outperformed female in the tutor's task. Teachers with higher education outperformed in the frequency in communication with students and team activity. Junior staff outperformed. Among other research, we find that the system has something to go with tutor's task. The study shows that the school should enhahce the tutor's capability in conselling and strengthen tutor's ability in guidance. It is how to promote senior teacher's interest in the tutor' stask and the school deserves to deeply think about it.
