「老人照護」倫理原則及其應用

摘要

本文主要是探討在「老人照護」活動機構化的情形之下，在政府政策、執行照護工作相關人員，以及照護機構三者間所應遵循的倫理原則。在理論架構方面，本文主要是以洛斯「表面義務」其中四項－公平或正義原則、慈善原則、自我改善原則，以及不傷害別人原則等爲論述基礎，再參酌由康德的「意志自律」所推出的尊重自主原則，做爲應用探討時之依據。至於資料來源，則除倫理方面專書之外，另參考與老人照護相關之醫護專業書籍與網站。本文經論述後得到下列結論，「老人照護」工作是一項結合社會正義、專業服務與企業型態的事業體，因此在倫理議題方面亦應朝此三方面加以思索方才完備。

According to the organizing of the caring of elderly, the main purpose of this essay is trying to propose proper Ethics principles which should be followed by the three of government policies, the personnel related to nursing and care centers. The theoretical foundation is based on Immanuel Kant's (1724~1804) ”principle of autonomy” and part of the ”prima facie duties” by William David Ross (1877~1971): duties of justice, duties of beneficence, duties of self-improvement and duties of not injuring others.
