幼稚園教師實習輔導經驗及專業成長需求探究

The Exploration of Mentor's Experience and Needs of Professional Growth in Practicum of ECE Program

摘要


本研究從理解幼稚園教師進行實習輔導的實際運作層面出發,藉由開放式問題之問卷調查及個別訪談收集幼稚園實習輔導教師之經驗及專業成長需求。問卷調查受訪幼稚園教師共三十七位,研究結果發現輔導實習教師的經驗對實習教師的實習態度或能力有所期望,關注態度層面者多於關注具體能力者。在進行輔導時,多數教師曾面臨角色認知、溝通、介入方式、分工及理念歧異等困擾,教師們提出需要提昇輔導技巧及教學新知等方面的研習。在針對九位實習輔導教師的半結構性訪談中,亦獲得豐富的質性資料,資深的輔導教師多半循「從做當中摸索」的途徑,「缺乏計畫性、系統性的培訓」是急需突破的瓶頸,建議學界及實務界需合作建構有助於實習輔導專業發展之模式或課程。

The purpose of this research was to emphasize the practical facet of mentor's experience, perspective and their needs of professional development in practicum of ECE program. Data and survey were gathered through open style surveys and interview. The questionnaire was delivered to thirty-seven teachers participating in seminar preparing for teachers anticipated of becoming an mentor. Results indicated that most of mentors had high expectation toward teacher student's learning attitude and competence. But had little understanding of their roles, work process, effective communication, guiding skills, division of labor and different teaching belief. There is an urgent need to provide systematic training for mentors. Furthermore, the qualitative data from interview with nine experienced teachers showed that most of them are trained through hands-on experience, and the finding is coincided with the need to provide a more constructive training program for mentors to promote guidance technique.
