|This study takes a longitudinal approach to investigate the use of adverbs by Taiwanese Learners of Japanese in their Japanese conversation, and to identify the characteristics of these adverbs in conversations. This study selected two learners who started to learn Japanese after entering university from LARP at SCU corpus and to observe the use of adverbs in their conversations. As a result of the study, we know that the adverbs "sou" "moshi", and "tabun" "sou" are often found in the conversations of these two Taiwanese Learners of Japanese during the study period. Although the same "sou" was often used by both learners, the two learners had different features of usage. In addition, the adverbs "moshi" and "tabun" began to be used frequently to express their opinion at the Intermediate level and Advanced level, and we observed differences in their expressions.
