The purpose of this study: exploring on intense competition in the ocean freight forwarder, whether affective commitment for the employee will influence on altruism and voice or not. The research actual provides questionnaire of 200 copies, takes back 147 copies, and 138 copies are available, at valid return rate of 69%. Correlation Analysis and Hierarchical Regression Analysis to Conduct the study. The findings are as follows: affective commitment for the employee has a positive impact on the behavior of altruism and voice.
