本研究主要探討幼兒園(幼稚園與托兒所)教師的情緒智力與幼兒情緒能力的關係。研究對象以分層隨機抽樣方式,於全國23縣市(不含金門與連江縣)進行抽樣共含1500位大中小班幼兒。在研究過程中,採用「幼兒情緒能力發展量表」與「教師情緒智力量表」等工具,進行問卷調查。研究結果發現:(1)不同年齡、教育程度與幼教年資的教師其情緒智力並無顯著差異,但在情緒察覺與表達部分,已婚教師優於未婚。(2)不同年齡幼兒其情緒能力及各分項皆達顯著差異。(3)教師情緒智力與幼兒情緒能力有正相關,其中教師情緒智力與幼兒各分項的相關,除了中小班幼兒的情緒調節與教師情緒智力未達顯著外,其餘皆達顯著相關。期待結果能作為未來研究與實施情緒教育之參考。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between pre-school teachers' emotional intelligence and children' emotional competence. The research objects, 1500 of 3-6 years old children and 165 teachers from preschools in Taiwan, were collected by stratified random sampling way. Teacher Emotional Intelligence Scale and Children Emotional Development Scale were employed. The results were as follows: (1) Different age, educational degree, and instructional seniority of teachers' emotional intelligence were no significant difference; however, married teachers would be better than single teachers on Emotional Awareness and Expression. (2) Different age of children's emotional competence and all the variables on the children's emotional competence reveal significant difference. (3) The relationship between pre-school teachers' emotional intelligence and all the variables on the children's emotional competence are positive, expect Emotional Regulation of 3-5 year-old-children.
