摘要

在本篇文章中，我們將從流程、介面、資料庫、檢核程序等觀點來討論門診診間作業系統之架構設計，以達到增進使用者作業效率、病人就醫安全、健保申報及帳務正確性以及醫院經營管理等需求。我們將提出設計理論並以筆者所服務之醫院資訊系統內容實例做說明。本篇文章希望能發揮的效益，在於能對醫療資訊系統設計者提供基礎架構設計上有用的參考，於設計診間作業系統時，除專注於與使用者溝通前端操作介面細節外，能夠於設計初期對後續維護規劃有總體性考量。如此我們可避免日後耗費虛工在處理當下瑣碎問題並能讓人力物力投入於持續精進系統內容工作中。

In this article, we will discuss the outpatient clinic information system architecture design by the workflow, user-interface, database and checking procedure points of view. The goal is to improve the working efficiency, the patient safety, the correctness of the insurance declaration and billing and the hospital management requirements. We will provide the design theories and use the practical examples from the author's working hospital to illustrate the whole ideas. We hope that we can provide useful references to the fundamental design of the Outpatient clinic information system and we wish that the designers can not only focus on discussing the detail user-interface content with end users but also have provisions to the long term management of the entire system at the beginning of the design period. Furthermore, we can diminish the futile efforts by solving numerous trifling problems and we can spend our resources on the continuous improvement of the system.
