本文旨在探討如何建立工廠場區(Shop floor)之品質資訊系統(Quality Information System, QIS),並以電源供應器廠的積架電源器(Rack-power)生產線為例說明之。品質資訊系統的建立流程包含兩個步驟:1)以IDEFO建構系統之模式,2)利用此模式設計系統開發軟體的畫面。在建構模式中,由IDEFO圖形化、結構化的表示方法展現了系統的功能、資訊流以及功能模組之間資訊的傳遞;在系統畫面設計中,透過一連串的轉換方法步驟,將IDEFO模式轉換成工廠中現場人員與管理人員所需的系統畫面。為便於理解,文中將配合VB程式發展的畫面,逐步解析。
The main objective of this paper is to develop a shop floor quality information system (QIS). The system development, which will be illustrated from an example of a rack-power production line, contains two steps: 1) using IDEFO to construct a system’s model, 2) applying this model for the further software screen scenario design. Due to the graphical and structural characteristics of the IDEFO tool, it will help to deploy QIS functions and to identify the information flow among functional modules. In designing the screen scenario, a conversion from the obtained IDEFO model to the basic screen for shop floor operators and management people is discussed in sequence. For understanding the argument, VB software tool is selected to display one possible screen design.
