改變錐型螺旋鐵線排列方向於不飽和聚酯樹脂與活性碳粉中對電磁波吸收值之研究

摘要


本研究主要利用不飽和聚酯樹脂作為基材,將鐵線繞成錐體螺旋狀,置入不飽和聚酯樹脂與活性碳粉當中,製成複合材料之電磁波吸收體。鐵線圈數固定為15圈,間距為1cm、1.5cm、2cm,各別探討其電磁波吸收效果,當圈數為15 圈時,間距為1.5cm時,所使用之活性碳粉為重量百分比15%時,其最高吸收值為29dB。隨著錐形螺旋鐵線間距的縮小,使電磁波入射波在錐形螺旋鐵線間形成干涉共振,但也增加電磁波打到錐形螺旋鐵線的機率,易造成直接反射。

In this study, unsaturated polyester resin as a substrate, the iron wire wound into a cone spiral, made with unsaturated polyester resins and activated carbon powder which wave absorber made of composite materials. Number of iron coil is fixed at 15 laps, the spacing of 1cm, 1.5cm, 2cm, individually explore the effect of electromagnetic wave absorption, when the number of turns for 15 laps, the spacing of 1.5cm, the activated carbon powder used as a weight percentage of 15% its maximum absorption value is 29dB. With the narrowing of the conical spiral wire spacing, so that the electromagnetic waves incident to the formation of interference resonance between the conical spiral wire, but also increases the electromagnetic wave to hit the chances of the conical spiral wire, and could easily lead to the direct reflection.
