ISO10015:1999; Quality management-Guidelines for training, is a training-specific quality management tool to strengthen the link between training and the enterprise's performance requirements and its objectives. ISO10015 defines training as a four-stage process: (1)defining training; (2)designing and planning training; (3)providing the training, and (4)evaluating the outcome of training. Each stage is connected to the next in an input and output relationship. The purpose of this study is how to manipulate ISO10015 to transfer training investment to enhance the overall competitiveness of the enterprises.
