In this study, Y generation of young women to become famous view of what conditions need to have to understand this generation of young people's views to find the charm factor, and a set of design requirements for the Y generation of young people. Understand the charm factor, you must first define the factors and characteristics which celebrities define the scope of this study used data analysis methods, including frequency distribution, descriptive statistics, item analysis, Cronbach α internal consistency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, t-test, and ANOVA analysis. The study found that celebrities should have the fashion, to discuss the degree, characteristics, opportunities, persistence, positive, confident, show desire, attraction, leadership, temperament, respected, humor and other attractive factors.
