夫妻創業頭家娘之商業智能發展研究

多數的台灣中小企業發展過程中，頭家娘協助頭家進行事業經營十分普遍，其角色不同於一般受雇婦女勞工的特質與意義，但過去卻鮮少有研究探討夫妻創業，且頭家娘在頭家事業前期和發展歷程中扮演的角色與能力發展之文獻更是微乎其微。因此，本研究探討中小企業的夫妻創業歷程中，頭家娘如何配合頭家之事業發展，進行身分認同和調整；如何隨著事業發展展開個人學習和培養商業智能，以協助頭家事業發展。本研究採二階段研究方法，第一階段採個案訪談法，與二位製造業和二位服務業之中小企業頭家及頭家娘進行個案訪談，以了解頭家和頭家娘對於頭家娘之身分認同、壓力、個人學習對商業智能發展之影響。第二階段採問卷調查法，從訪談內容以及文獻中萃取變數觀念進行問卷設計，共發放180份問卷，有效問卷140份。研究結果發現：頭家娘之身分認同和個人學習對商業智能發展具有正向影響；且壓力對頭家娘身份認同以及個人學習有正向顯著影響，此外，若頭家娘來自商人家庭，則其身份認同與商業智能之發展較非商人家庭出身之頭家娘顯著。本研究結果可提供對中小企業夫妻創業有興趣之學者與實務參考。

This research explores how bosses' wives identify and modify themselves in order to align themselves with the development of the business of their husbands and how they start personal learning as well as cultivate their business intelligence for helping with the development of the business of their husbands. Two methods are adopted in this research. A case study is employed in the first phase and interview with four bosses’ wives for giving an insight to bosses' wives' identity, learning, and circumstantial stress on business intelligent development. Questionnaires are utilized in the second phase. One hundred and eighty questionnaires were distributed, among which one hundred and forty questionnaires are valid. Results indicate that identities of bosses' wives have a positive influence on personal learning and development of business intelligence. Stress has a positive influence on identities and personal learning. Besides, if bosses' wives' parents are entrepreneurs, their identities and development of business intelligence are more significant than those whose parents are not entrepreneurs. The result of this research serves to provide realistic reference for couples who are interested in starting their own career.
