摘要

為配合行政院之挑戰2008：國家重點發展計畫－數位化台灣計畫，國內部份單位已著手進行數位典藏之工作。而數位典藏之硬體層面配合，則關係到典藏物數位化影像品質與準確的色彩再現，而其中尤以「色彩管理」所扮演的角色更顯重要。因此本文擬針對國內數位典藏工作現況之色彩管理工程與流程進行討論，並以故宮博物院之數位化流程為例。藉以了解國內數位典藏之色彩管理實施的現況，與色彩管理於未來發展的可能性。

In the implementing of Challenge 2008: National Development Plan-Digital Taiwan, many units are now undertaking their programs in digital archives. However, The hardware used for digital archives matters to the representation of image quality and color accuracy, especially color management. As you may realize from the article, at present, many programs are been operating under a open system, which brings out the problems relevant to what level the devices are adopted and how professional knowledge is acquired. Therefore, it is necessary to keep working on the issue about color management, technology development, standard and research on coloring. The aim of this article is to discuss Taiwan's current operations in engineering and the process of color management of digital archives. With the expectation, we take the digital processes holding by National Palace Museum as an example hoping to arouse more attentions on the issues about color management. The discussions are practically focused on the current digital archives operations and problems in Taiwan, procedure of coloring and color management. In order to catch on the actual practices in Taiwan and study on the possibility of future development in color management, we begin with the research in pattern, procedure and technology these three parts, and then go deeper to discuss the ideas and present operations of color management in Taiwan.
