本研究以地方性為理念基礎,藉地方依附與忠誠度為構念,自編並效化地方依附(含地方認同與地方依賴)及忠誠度等兩份問卷,調查臺中市國二學生對於國立自然科學博物館(科博館)與國立臺灣美術館(美術館)之在地化程度。研究採便利抽樣方式,選取八所國中各一班,共回收有效問卷208份。結果顯示:男生對科博館的地方依附、地方認同及地方依賴顯著高於女生;在美術館方面,男女之間則無顯著差異。在對科博館及美術館的各項上,市中心與都會周邊學校的學生間,均無顯著差異。母親學歷對科博館及美術館的「忠誠度」具顯著影響。至於父親學歷在兩館的各變項上皆無影響。不同自覺科學技術知識程度的學生,在對科博館的「地方依附」、「地方依賴」與「忠誠度」等面向均有顯著的影響;對美術館則無。至於不同自覺藝文程度的學生,對兩館的各變項皆無影響。此外,科博館與美術館的地方依附與忠誠度之間,皆有顯著相關。以簡單迴歸來檢定地方依附對於科博館及美術館忠誠度的解釋力,分別達到58.0%與70.9%。根據結果,本研究針對科博館與美術館的在地化程度的差異,提出未來教育經營與研究的建議。
This study, focused on the rationale of place-based, was to investigate "place attachment" and "loyalty" of the Natural Museum of Natural Science (NMNS) and the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts (NTMFA) from grade 8 students in Taichung. Two instruments, Place Attachment (including Place Identity and Place Dependence) Scale and Loyalty Scale, developed purposively for this study, were administrated to 208 students from 8 conveniently selected junior high schools. The results showed that male students had significantly higher place attachment, place identity and place dependence toward NMNS than females; however, no difference was found toward NTMFA. There was no significant difference between urban and suburban students among all scales for NMNS and NTMFA. Mothers' education had significant influences on loyalty toward NMNS and NTMFA. There was no difference between fathers' education. Different self-reported levels of knowledge on science and technology showed different place attachment, place dependence, and loyalty toward NMNS. On the contrary, different self-reported levels of knowledge on arts had no difference toward NTMFA and NMNS. All 4 variables for NMNA and NTMFA respectively had significantly correlation between each pair. According to the findings, to strengthen the relationship of informal institutes and neighboring area is suggested. It is recommended on the follow-up studies in the future.
