台灣醫療界以各種品質管理理論與實務,來建立醫院的競爭優勢。由於護理人員執行大部分的臨床作業,因此護理品管圈活動實施的成玫與醫院整體品質關係密切。本研究探討護理品管圈活動影響因素與實施成效之間的關係。研究設計採問春調查方式,調查範圍包括高雄與台南地區之醫學中心、區域醫院、地區醫院,以2000年11月至2001年4月間曾參與護理品管圈活動之護理人員為研究對象。研究結果發現,護理品管圈活動實施成效之影響因素主要可分成組織因素、群體因素、個人因素三者。對於護理品管圈活動實施成效最具解釋能力者,在組織因素中為活動導向,在群體因素中為目標特定性,而在個人因素中則為個人願意改變的承諾,此研究結果可供護理主管做為實務上的重要參考。
Hospitals which have implemented the quality management have the competitive advantages in Taiwan. For most clinical affairs are operated by nurses, the success of nursing quality control circles becomes the most important issue of hospital-wide quality management. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between the influencing factors and the implementing effectiveness of nursing quality control circles. Therefore, this research used questionnaire survey to investigate the nursing staff within hospitals including medical centers, regional hospitals, and local hospitals. The target persons of this research were those who had participated in the nursing quality control circles between November 2000 and April 2001. The influencing factors of implementing effectiveness in nursing quality control circles were divided into organization factors, team factors, and individual factors. The most significant part of organization factors is the action orientation. Moreover, the most significant part of team factors is the specific goal. Furthermore, the most significant part of individual factors is the personal willingness to change. These research results may help managers implement nursing quality control circles.
