實證護理於學校護理人員之應用

The Application of Evidence-based Nursing in School Nursing Practice

摘要


隨著醫療科技進步和快速提升的醫療知識,提供民眾有效率及高品質醫療服務,實證護理的專業執行能力已經逐漸成為護理專業人員必須具備的核心能力,文獻顯示目前在台灣以「學校護理人員」為主的實證護理相關計劃十分缺乏,相關文獻更深入指出雖然近年來實證護理概念被提出,但仍是以急性醫療或慢性復健為主,在學校健康促進的學校護理領域中並未見到發表的成果或論文,本文以實證護理之臨床應用、實證護理之能力與培育、及影響實證護理推動之因素等三方面來說明實證護理運用於學校護理實務當中之重要性,期望提供日後推展學校實證護理政策擬定之參考。

Advances in medical technology and the rapid increase of medical knowledge have been able to improve health care quality as well as provide efficient health service. Evidence-based nursing has become the essential ability among clinical nurses. However, the literature shows that currently in Taiwan evidence-based school nursing is lack of relevant studies. Further, the concept of evidence-based nursing is well-developed in acute or chronic medical rehabilitation based, but there is no publication in the health promotion field in school nursing. This article describes the importance of application evidence-based nursing practice at school, including development of evidence-based nursing practice, capability of evidence-based nursing and factors associated with evidence-based nursing. This paper provides guidance for developing evidence-based school nursing.
