摘要

非類固醇類消炎止痛藥(Non-Steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, NSAIDs)不論在處方藥或是非處方藥(OTC)的使用率一直都居高不下，多年來也是台灣健保給付上的常客。美國每天有超過1千7百萬的人在使用NSAIDs藥品，隨著年齡的增加，未來由於老化造成的骨關節疾病與各種疼痛的控制將加速這類藥品的消耗。正因為使用的頻繁與取得容易，常常讓民眾忽略其潛在的危險性。本文以某區域醫院98年藥師判斷性服務的數據，呈現NSAIDs類藥品與包含acetaminophen在內的26件問題案例，並延伸探討使用上的相關用藥安全、副作用與交互作用等問題。

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are widely used on and off prescription throughout the world. They are also one of the most popular drugs used by Taiwan's health insurance system. Each year approximately 17 million people use NSAIDs in the United States. As arthritic disease increases in line with an ageing population, the consumption of NSAIDs will continue to climb rapidly in the future. We investigate here various problems associated with the use of NSAIDs by analyzing pharmacists' cognitive service data at a regional hospital. In the process we review the efficacy and safety of NSAIDs including acetaminophen.
