體育行政人員組織內部溝通之研究─以台北市立體育場為例

A Study of the Inner Organizational Communication among the Administrative Staffs of the Physical Education Organizations I - A Case Study of Taipei Municipal Stadium-

摘要


本研究之主要目的在於了解台北市立體育場行政人員組織內部溝通之現況、障礙並提出可行之具體策略。研究對象為十六位任職於台北市立體育場之行政人員(包含場長、秘書、組長及各組之正式行政人員)。並以【體育行政人員組織內部溝通-以台北市立體育場為例調查問卷】為本研究之工具,先採問卷調查法收集初步資料,再以深度訪談了解台北市立體育場行政人員組織內部溝通之現況、障礙及可行策略。結果發現: 一、組織內部溝通之現況部份 台北市立體育場行政人員組織內部溝通頻率理想,在組織內部溝通氣氛為融洽與和諧,至於組織內部溝通之滿意度方面,則達滿意或很滿意之水準。 二、組織內部溝通之障礙部份 台北市立體育場行政人員組織內部溝通障礙,在個人心理因素方面主要為認知不同、職位劃分不清、立場及地位不同、單向溝通、不同知識背景及制度不健全;在地理環境因素方面則為距離空間壓力及時間壓力。 三、組織內部溝通之有效策略部份 台北市立體育場行政人員組織內部溝通之有效策略為:明確之工作職責、直接溝通、減少業務量及利用非正式溝通來增進組織內部溝通。

The purposes of this study were to reveal the current situation of the inner organization communication among the administrative staffs of Taipei Municipal Stadium. Furthermore, it was to reveal the barriers of communicating so as to provide effective strategies for the inner organizational communication. Sixteen administrative staffs served as the subjects of this study. The instrument of this study was” The Questionnaire of Inner Organizational Communication among Administrative Staffs of the physical Education Administrative Organizations””. The questionnaire was administered for collecting initial data. Depth interview was followed to recover circumstances of organizational communication. The results were derived: 1. The frequency of communicating was perfection while the climate of it was harmonious, and the level of satisfaction in communication was high. 2. The main barriers of inner organizational communication as resulted from personal psychological factors such as different perception, unclear job responsibility, different position and one-way communication. The time pressure and space pressure were the barriers in environment factors. 3. For the strategies of inner organizational communication among the administrative staffs of Taipei Municipal Stadium, the clear job responsibility, communication in directly, job lessened and informal communication were an effective.
