國際領隊旅遊健康知識管理系統之建構與評估-以東南亞地區為例

The Construction and Evaluation of Travel Health Knowledge Management System for Tour Managers-A Case in the Southeast

摘要


知識經濟時代,組織如何透過有效的知識管理提升組織之價值,已廣為大家重視,此包括知識的取得、儲存、呈現及傳播。而現今資訊科技的進步,知識管理透過網際網路的傳遞,使其不受時間、空間的影響,藉以延伸組織內部的知識管理,提供組織成員快速的學習。本研究在進行知識管理、旅遊健康等相關文獻回顧及探討後,透過專科醫師訪談、領隊人員訪談及問卷調查,採便利抽樣法,有效回收問卷206份,以瞭解領隊需求,再萃取所需知識。其後,運用SmartKMS知識管理系統軟體,設計與建構具體的旅遊健康知識管理系統。在系統完成後之成效評估結果可以說明「旅遊健康知識管理系統」對於提昇領隊人員旅遊健康知識能力具有成效。本研究建構之旅遊健康知識管理系統,功能除具有一般知識管理系統特點外,尚包括自動相關聯性、智慧分類、自動摘要、自動擷取及個人化等特點,可以幫助企業進行知識管理,亦可提供一般旅行社作為旅遊健康知識管理系統架構的參考。

In the era of knowledge-based economy, how an organization increases its organizational value through effective knowledge management has been properly appreciated. It includes acquisition, storage, presentation and spread of knowledge. As information technology advanced in modern times, knowledge management through internet conveyance (as it is not affected by time and space) extends the interior organizational management and provides its members a way of rapid learning and sharing. After relevant literature reviews and discussions on issues of knowledge management and travel health then through questionnaires and interviews with specific medical doctors and tour managers, the convenient sampling method was adopted with 206 copies of valid questionnaires collected to understand tour managers' needs and knowledge extraction was conducted. Then, by applying SmartKMS knowledge management system software, the concrete travel health knowledge management system was designed and constructed. Upon completion of the system, it is applied to tour managers for purpose of evaluation. The results explain ”travel health knowledge management system” is indeed effective in increasing travel health knowledge and capabilities for tour managers. The travel health knowledge management system constructed by this study possesses not only features of regular knowledge management system, but also autonomous relativity, intelligent classification, autonomous abstracting, autonomous acquisition and personalization. It helps corporations in performing knowledge management and also serves as references for travel health knowledge management framework of travel agencies.
