搬家公司競爭策略之初探:以康福搬家貨運公司為例

摘要


隨著都市化程度持續發展,民眾搬家之現象因就學或就業之故亦隨之產生。其中貨物運輸成為一重要的議題。有時自行搬運常造成不便,因此民眾往往轉而向搬家公司尋求協助。過去文獻似乎較少關於搬家公司在產業競爭發展方面的相關分析,因此,本研究目的聚焦在探討搬家公司的產業競爭發展,並以價值鏈分析與五力模式分析探究其可能的競爭策略,最後提供相關業者一些策略指引與參考建議。

As the urbanization continuously develops, the phenomenon of people moving happens due to for school or for work. And the freight transportation becomes a critical issue. Sometimes it is inconvenient to move by people themselves. Therefore, people always turn to the moving companies for help. Past literature seldom discusses the industry competitive development about the moving companies. The aim of this study is to focus on the industry competitive development of the moving companies. The value chain analysis and Five-Forces Model are used to analyze the possible competitive strategies. Some strategic guidance and suggestion are provided to relative practitioners at last.
