Nodular fasciitis is a benign fibroblastic proliferation in soft tissue and frequently misdiagnosed as a sarcoma. Usually, it presents as a rapid growing subcutaneous mass. The most common locations are in the upper extremities. The head and neck region is the most common site in infants and children. The treatment of choice is local excision. We experienced two cases of nodular fasciitis. Both patients, a 9-year-old boy and 8-yearold girl, suffered from facial mass. They were successfully treated with local excision. The histopathological report revealed nodular fasciitis. No evidence of recurrence was found over 12 months and 8 months each of follow-up after local excision.
