由於高教育程度未必伴隨著高教育水準,因此,各大學校院皆開始針對教師教學品質進行衡量。傳統上大多採用以學生的角度進行問卷調查的模式進行教師教學的評量,且許多大學校院為了增強教師評量的成果,許多大學校院將教師評量的結果作為後續教師升等、續聘、停聘、不續聘或獎勵的指標之一。然而,各大學校院實施教師教學評量以來,亦遇到不少信效度等的爭議或困境。為了降低部分教師的質疑,提升教師教學評量的可信度,因此,本研究將透過國立高雄海洋科技大學在103 學年度的教師教學評量結果進行探討,研究結果如下。一、 教師教學評量量表通過統計信效度的檢驗。二、 教師教學評量結果與學生學習成績呈現「低度正相關」。三、 教師教學評量結果受到系所別之影響。
Recently, many universities have measured the teaching content to ensure the teaching quality. In traditional, the teaching quality is measured by using questionnaire. However, using questionnaire to survey the opinions of students might exist some problems. Thus, some teachers doubt the credibility and validity of the results of the assessment by using questionnaire. To reduce the doubt and to enhance the credibility, this paper uses the results of teaching evaluation scale of National Kaohsiung Marine University as an example to discuss this research issue. After analyzing, we have the 3 findings. 1. The teaching evaluation scale is verified by the reliability and validity testing. 2. The correlation between the teaching evaluations and learning grades is "low positive correlation". 3. The score of teaching evaluation is affected by different departments.
