摘要

從2019年底起，新型冠狀病毒（Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus type 2, SARS-CoV-2）引起的新型冠狀病毒肺炎（coronavirus disease-2019, COVID-19）造成嚴重的全球大流行（pandemic），而對全人類健康、政治與經濟體系構成重大危機。鑒於SARS-CoV-2的傳播力、再次感染以及無症狀感染的可能性，接種新冠疫苗是潛在遏止大流行的重要措施。全世界截至2020年10月15日止，有42支疫苗正進行臨床試驗。本文將簡介目前新冠疫苗的發展與現況。

Since late 2019, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus type 2, the newly discovered coronavirus, results in an ongoing and severe pandemic of Coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19). It leads to global health, political, and economic crises. In view of its communicability, risk of reinfection, and asymptomatic infection, vaccination becomes the most potential way of curbing the global spread of COVID-19 and controlling the pandemic. Until October 15, 2020, there were 42 candidate vaccines in clinical trials. Herein, we introduce the current status and prospects of COVID-19 vaccine development and associated issues.
